Managing Director - Danny Danny O'Regan has worked in the international and Australian dairy and food ingredients business for 20 years with companies such as Glanbia, Danisco and Chr Hansen.
He has held a variety of technical, sales and business management roles in Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland and UK. Danny has a Degree in Dairy Science from UCC, Ireland. |
Senior Consultant - Donna Donna Higgins heads up Shamrock's business in NSW and QLD. She has worked in the food industry for twenty years. Initally as a home economist but ultimately in a number of sales and marketing roles, including NSW State Manager with Masterfoods. She also has extensive experience in training in the hospitality sector, both in Australia and overseas.
Donna has a Masters in Business Operations Management, numerous qualifications in hospitality management and home economics, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. . |
